Louisville, KY Liposuction or Louisville, KY Brachioplasty are the two options and each has its advantages and disadvantages.

With Liposuction of the upper arm, the limitation is the amount of skin tightening possible. The fat can be removed and the skin will tighten up to some degree, but  there will be residual skin laxity.

The brachioplasty operation is a more powerful operation in that it can deal with the skin laxity and the fat. But, and it’s a big ‘but’, the price for the improved contour is the scar.
